I've been in Abu Dhabi for a few years now and I've tried a couple of different garages for my car's routine servicing, but honestly, I haven't been overly impressed with the attention to detail or the professionalism. I drive a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class, and I'm particular about using the correct grade of oil and genuine filters, but a few of the places I've visited seem to just rush through the job or try to upsell me on things I don't really need. I'm looking for a workshop that provides a truly premium experience, where they actually take the time to do a thorough inspection and keep me informed about the condition of the car, rather than just changing the oil and sending me on my way. I've been asking around among my colleagues, and a few have mentioned a place that offers a Top-Tier Car Service By 800Sayara Abu Dhabi, and they seem to have a good reputation for handling luxury cars properly. Has anyone here actually used their service for a routine oil change or major service, and can you tell me if they actually take the time to do a proper multi-point inspection and use quality parts? I'm willing to pay a bit more for a proper job, but I need to be sure it's worth it.
