ICTLSM KELANTAN

I'm heading out for a camping trip with some friends and I know the Jeep is going to get absolutely covered in dust and sand, but part of me wants to get it looking good for photos before we go, even though that feels counterproductive. A buddy mentioned exoticcarcare.ae/jeep-detailing-abu-dhabi and said they do underbody washes and ceramic coatings that supposedly make mud and sand rinse off easier, but I'm not sure if that's just marketing hype or actually helpful for a vehicle that lives off road half the time. Has anyone here with a Wrangler or Gladiator bothered with a full detail right before a desert trip, or do you just wait until after and then do a serious clean? I'm leaning toward waiting because it seems like a waste of money, but I also hate seeing my Jeep look neglected in photos. Curious what other off roaders do.
