ICTLSM KELANTAN

So I'm currently sitting in a coffee shop near my office completely stressed out because my 2017 Renault Koleos just decided to give up on me while I was driving down Sheikh Zayed Road this morning, and I had to pull over with smoke coming from under the hood and a weird burning smell that honestly scared the life out of me. I managed to get it towed to a nearby parking lot but I have no idea what happened, it was running fine one minute and then suddenly the temperature gauge shot up and the engine started making this horrible rattling noise before I shut it off. I'm honestly kicking myself because I noticed the coolant level was a bit low last week and I kept telling myself I'd top it up over the weekend but I got busy and completely forgot, so I'm pretty sure I might have caused some serious damage to the engine. The thing is, I need to get this sorted as quickly as possible because I rely on my car for work and I can't afford to be without it for weeks, but I also don't want to take it to just any garage that might make things worse. I've been searching around for a decent Renault repair urgent service center that actually has experience with these engines and can give me a proper diagnosis without wasting time, because I really need to know whether this is something that can be fixed or if I'm looking at a major replacement. Has anyone here had overheating issues with their Renault and actually found a place that got them back on the road quickly and did a proper job? I'm honestly so frustrated with myself for not paying attention to the warning signs and I just need to figure out my next move here.
